We were delighted to see our Managing Director, Mr. Philip Gavin, congratulate Molly Proudfoot, our Events Co-ordinator, on her recent nomination for the 2026 Generation Apprenticeship Apprentice of the Year Awards.
Molly is currently in Year 2 of the two-year ETB Sales Apprenticeship Programme, and her nomination is a fantastic recognition of the commitment, talent & contribution she has shown throughout her apprenticeship.
For the Talbot Hotel Clonmel, investing in our people and their development is incredibly important.
The Sales Apprenticeship Programme has been an integral part of Molly’s development within our Sales team, giving her the opportunity to build her skills, knowledge and confidence while gaining valuable hands-on experience within the hospitality industry.
Molly has been an excellent ambassador for the Talbot Collection, and we are incredibly proud to see her representing both our hotel and our commitment to developing the next generation of hospitality professionals.
