Talbot Fitness Leisure Centre Facilities
As part of our major refurbishment project, the Leisure Club will be fully closed from Sunday, 21st June at 8:00pm until Monday, 6th July at 5:30am.
During this period, there will be no access whatsoever to any Leisure Club facilities.
Talbot Fitness Clonmel is a multi-award winning Leisure Centre
The Leisure Centre has very easy access to the hotel and its own separate car park for members. It is designed to cater for fitness enthusiasts and professional sportspeople alike, as well as family groups who would like to enjoy the facilities during their stay.
Our facilities include:
- Spacious cardiovascular gym with a selection of fitness machines and separate weights and resistance training area
- 20-metre heated indoor swimming pool with a kids pool
- Sauna, steamroom and jacuzzi
- Extensive fitness class timetable including Pilates, Zumba and Aqua Aerobics

ADMISSION POLICY (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
1. Admission to Talbot Fitness Clonmel Leisure Club and use of any facility operated by Talbot Fitness Clonmel is subject to availability, membership status, operational requirements, health and safety considerations, facility capacity limits, and compliance with all Terms & Conditions, Rules and Regulations, and Management policies.
2. TheOwner/Managementreserves the right at all times to determine, amend, restrict, suspend, limit, or close access to membership, guest admission, facility usage, classes, activities, services, or any part of the Leisure Club as deemed necessary for the safe, efficient, secure, and proper operation of the business.
3. TheOwner/Managementreserves the right to determine the maximum number of members, guests, visitors, and users permitted within the Leisure Club or any individual area thereof. Once such capacity has been reached, admission may be restricted, delayed, suspended, or refused without notice.
4. TheLeisure Club may, at any time, limit, suspend, pause, discontinue, or close the sale of memberships, membership categories, guest passes, promotional offers, or admission programmes without notice. In line with company policy.
5. Membershipavailability is not guaranteed and shall remain subject to capacity restrictions and operational requirements as determined by Management from time to time.
6. Priority for available membership places may be given to current active members, existing members upgrading membership categories, immediate family members of current active members, corporate membership schemes, hotel guests, promotional allocations, strategic business partnerships, or such other categories as Management may determine.
7. For the purposes of this Policy, a Current Active Member shall mean a member whose membership remains valid and has not expired, lapsed, been cancelled, suspended, or terminated.
8. Uponexpiry of amembership term, membership shall automatically cease unless renewed and accepted by Management. No person shall have any automatic right to renewal, continuation, reinstatement, or re-admission following expiry of membership.
9. Individuals whose memberships have expired, lapsed, been cancelled, suspended, or terminated shall be treated as new applicants and any application for membership shall be subject to availability, capacity restrictions, waiting lists, operational requirements, and Management approval.
10. Previous membership history, length of membership, submission of an application form, placement on a waiting list, or prior use of the facility shall not create any entitlement, expectation, contractual right, priority, or guarantee of membership, renewal, re-admission, or continued access.
11. Placement on a waiting list does not guarantee admission, membership, renewal, re-admission, priority, or preference based on previous membership history.
12. Membership places may be allocated in such order and manner as Management considers appropriate having regard to the operational, commercial, strategic, and membership requirements of the business. Applications are not required to be processed in chronological order.
13. Membership does not guarantee access to the facility at all times. Access may be restricted, delayed, suspended, or refused due to capacity limits, maintenance works, staffing levels, health and safety requirements, emergencies, private events, training activities, operational requirements, or any other circumstance affecting the operation of the facility.
14. The Owner/Management reserves the right to refuse, restrict, suspend, withdraw, terminate, or decline membership, renewal, re-admission, guest access, or facility entry where it reasonably considers such action necessary for the safe, secure, efficient, proper, or commercial operation of the Leisure Club.
15. Any decision made by the Owner/Management regarding membership availability, waiting lists, admission, re-admission, renewals, capacity restrictions, guest access, membership categories, or facility usage shall be final.
16. Nothing contained within this Admission Policy shall limit, exclude, or affect any statutory rights afforded to consumers under applicable Irish law.
