With today’s employee spotlight we are delighted to introduce you to Katie Allen.
Speaking with Katie for this little post she gave us the following fun facts:
I'm approaching my 5-year anniversary in the hotel. I started working evenings in the bistro and have worked my way up to duty manager.
I love the variety of my job; no two days are the same and I love chatting with the customers and learning all about their lives.
When I'm not working, I'm a Mum and a farmer’s wife, so on the rare occasion I get free time I love nothing more than to sit down with a cup of tea and a good book! I have recently started to develop myself personally by taking on a college course in hospitality leadership and attending Pilates classes here in the hotel.
