Led by Sustainability Manager Anthony Hewitt, alongside the dedicated team at the hotel, the Talbot Hotel Clonmel has implemented a comprehensive Environmental Action Plan. This initiative focuses on energy conservation, waste reduction, and water management, aligning with both the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) and EU Ecolabel criteria.
